About Release & Balance Massage:

Carrying out the actions of our day to day with limited range of motion, pain, or stress can be annoying and distracting. Although there can be a number of causes for body disharmony, misaligned posture,  trapped toxins in the body, as well as a physical or an emotional trauma, top the list. If the tension is not released it will be stored in our bodies, and our amazing nervous systems will work around it causing compensation. Our bodies tell us we are out of balance by sending us a signal. For example: out of no where, a puzzling pain may appear in the upper back or neck, and where the pain is may not even be where the problem is. 

We can experience all kinds of symptoms when we are out of balance. While pain and stiffness are two of them, lack of energy, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, hyperactivity, lack of focus, weight gain, even disease, are also symptoms of compensation. A specially trained professional is able to assess, or “listen” to your tissues and unlock your stress. With complete attention on your desired outcome, a custom treatment will be designed for you so that you can feel relaxed and revitalized. Much like untangling a necklace, a more efficient form is achieved.  All the work is done in the most comfortable way for you.

This work is also offered as regular maintenance, for keeping a body healthy. We change the oil in our cars, of course, and so we must also provide the best care for the vehicle that serves us 24/7.
